When a statist uses the fallacious argument that libertarianism won't work because it hasn't been tried. Named after Michael Lind as he used that argument a lot and claimed that libertarians just can't answer it even though it has been previously refuted a thousand times.

Debating statists as a libertarian is tiring especially since they are bound to start Pulling a Lindy instead of arguing.
