A word used to describe a promiscuous female. The phrase is derived from the words "slut", meaning a female who willingly partakes in casual sex with several partners, and the word "chops" which is common slang for "mouth." The doubling of these two words to form this phrase, may be as a result of the person in question's mouth being particularly slutty i.e gushing with ejaculate.
