Delicious Tickles

The act of gently and gingerly running ones fingers ever so lightly and slowly along another persons back, starting from the neck to the small of one's back. The touch is so light, that occasionally the fingers may lose contact with the person's back. When performed correctly, such an act induces goose bumps for the person being touched.
