Euphemism for vagina (pussy, cunt, beaver etc) Used mostly as an adjective i.e. Koner-ass mother fucker. But can be substituted as a noun in non-sexual scenarios, ie Bitch has a bloody Koner. Very popular in the Southern Adams County PA area.
