Physical: A sense of muscular strength. E.g, I'm strong in a physical sense because I can lift heavy objects.

Mental: A sense of withstanding. E.g, I'm strong in a mental sense because I can shut out people who oppose my mental feeling.

Physical: That person can lift 30 kilos! They must be strong!

Mental: Wow, that persons mental strength has to be great to ignore those people.
