When Princess Fiona goes away to marry Lord Farquaad, then shrek gives up and walks away. Donkey tries to encourage Shrek to come back to her and Shrek goes on a tizzy with Donkey as a way of letting his suppressed anger and sadness out.

a homeopathic medicine that tastes bad, really bad. You don't feel like having it but you have to take it in order to get well or improve your health. these are generally liquid like Bryonia or solid like Ginko Biloba.

Sam: hey, doc! i've got this really bad cold.

Doctor (homeopath): alright son, here's this liquid called Bryonia. have one dose now along with half a cup of water.
Sam (after taking the medicine): Holy shit! what was that? It should be called homeo-pathetic rather than homeopathic.
