Strategic Littering

When someone drops their litter in a enemy's territory. Better when it is littered in an area they visit frequently (front of their house, their car, vicinity of their important possessions) because they will for sure have to pick it up.

White Lightening

Phenomenon which occurs when a person has been walked in on while masturbating and fleas the scene quickly...leaving only a streak of light referred to as white lightening. Unlike regular lightening, it can strike in the same place more than once.
