Another animal reference used by gay men to describe a guy with an enormous dick, and is a total bottom that does not, or will not top. Just like the odd looking, but cute mammal the Platypus is, guys are stunned by this gay oddity with an amazing, excessively large dick and a great top but has no desire to do that at all.
