A job within MRDD group homes. It involves working maximum hours, and getting minimum pay. Dealing with the dumb staff who work in the field while they are going to school or having illigitimate children. It's the worst job in the world.

Reverse Management

When management tasks are completed by personnel that are typically under a manager who was responsible for the tasks but failed to do them in a timely manner.

Steve had to complete the reports just hours before they were due for the meeting that was planned months in advance because his manager had spent the last few months procrasturbating. Thanks to Steve's Reverse Management the meeting was able to proceed and the company didn't look like a sack of dicks at the meeting..only his manager looked like a sack of dicks. Steve is underpaid :(

a junior assistant manager breakdown is when either a burger king or hardees wannabe manager attempts to stop you from getting a soda when you ordered a water. it sometimes is triggered by a junior assistant manager freakout, and is usually accompanied by empty threats from the middle-aged jr assistant management and bouts of laughter from myself.

some lady: hey! dump it out and get a water!

some lady: you didn't pay for that!!!
