Made by taking a small plastic tub (like PVC pipe) and dipping it in a cup filled with soapy water (Use dish soap and water in a cup mix well), when you have the pipe in the water take a hit from a Joint, bowl, bubbler, bong, hookah, or other smoking device, then take the pipe out and blow into it and a bubble should form with smoke inside. When the bubble hits some thing and pops, it makes a small mushroom cloud like a bomb (thats were hookah bomb comes from).
