Describes a situation in a town centre where hot weather can cause an abundance of puppies to be put on display.

If the correct location is chosen these are frequently attractive and often motorboatable.

This high concentration of puppies is only otherwise seen out back at a Korean restaurant.

Restard

Derived from an online racing game NASCAR RACING 4. People who race online and refuse to use the accelerator under the green flag are often called a restard, by moi. The reason is because this point of the race is called a "Restart" and the people who don't pick up speed from the 50mph pace are, in my opinion, are RETARDED. Good way to cause wrecks and dumb online diss battles. So therefor, racers who do not want to speed up on restarts... or people whore are just retarded in general, are RESTARDED.
