To drive absurdly fast over the speed limit, likely more than 40 mph over, and get a ticket for that reason.

I was on my way home after a party last night when I saw my friend pulled over by the cops, he calls me an hour later pissed yelling in the reciever that he had Pulled a Wiehe, he went 100 in 60mph zone.
