Loud Micers

People who are incapable of being coherent. They use this method in-order to mask their incoherency. They typically stray to this path because they aren't funny enough so they use amplified sound or static that makes their volume exaggerated. Which is found "humorous".

Can be a group of phospholipids in aqueous solution that form a sphere due to polar activity with the water molecules. Basically a bubble of fat, easily mistakable with "Michelle", and for a good reason.
