4 Factors

According to AI

1. Purpose and Character of the Use: This factor considers whether the use is transformative, meaning it adds new meaning, purpose, or message to the original work. Uses like criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research are generally favored. Commercial uses are viewed less favorably, but not automatically ruled out as fair use, according to Emerson College Library.

2. Nature of the Copyrighted Work: The nature of the copyrighted work plays a role. Factual or public documents are more likely to be considered fair use than creative works. For example, using factual information from a book in a news article might be fair use, but using a large portion of a creative novel in a new work might be less likely to be fair use.

3. Amount and Substantiality of the Portion Used: This factor looks at how much of the original work is used. Generally, the less used, the better. Courts also consider whether the portion used is the "heart" of the original work. Using only a small portion or a non-essential part is more likely to be fair use, according to Emory Libraries.

4. Effect of the Use on the Market: This factor considers whether the use harms the market for the original work or any potential markets for it. If the use directly competes with the original work or could potentially harm its future sales, it's less likely to be fair use, according to the University of Washington.
Hym "1. I definitely have an interpretation that adds new meaning (at least as it pertains to the parts of the bible and more broadly Jordan Peterson's work) and I definitely added a new message. Used like criticism. ✔️

2. I use factual work mostly or work put forth as factual. I'll plug some creative work or even use quotes. And I DEFINITELY USE NEWS ARTICLES! That's for sure! ✔️

3. Not much actually. Usually never more than a proposition. But you can't really say Jordan is using Nietzsches work in the "heart." Therefore, my work is in the same "heart" as Jordan's in that regard (all be it in the opposite direction) And you can't say the same about you using MY work because the "heart" of MY work is A. shedding light on the targeted harassment that mirrors the delusions of reference commonly associated with schizophrenia I've been subjected to since I was 19 (or sooner) and remediation of this harassment WHICH NONE OF THE MOVIES OR SHOWS ADDRESS AND HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. B. (And I'm quoting myself here) "Demonstrating my abject superiority to all men, women, and children." Which none of this does. The Anime gets a pass but the rest of you don't. C. Getting myself credit AND MONEY for creating AI. I was explicit. ✔️ for me and not for you.

4th factor

4. Effect of the Use on the Market: This factor considers whether the use harms the market for the original work or any potential markets for it. If the use directly competes with the original work or could potentially harm its future sales, it's less likely to be fair use, according to the University of Washington.
Hym "As far as the 4th factor: Does this harm the market for the original works I used? No. Everyone who's work I've used has been or had elevated politically or economically. The net worth of Urban Dictionary increased by 800%. Jordan Peterson has ascended to golden prophet of the right wing and gain millions of followers. Does this harm the market for my original work? Yes. It launders off all my best ideas without giving me credit and the AI companies does directly compete with me by using my revelations about AI to steal credit from me. Do I compete with Jordan Peterson? No. Because this isn't self help. It's self-immolation. An op-ed and autobiographical hypertext where I muse on various propositions permeating the zeitgeist write skits and dialoue. Social, cultural, and political analysis. And ANTI-HARASSMENT THAT MIRRORS THE DELUSIONS OF REFERENCE COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA ACTIVISM THROUGH PERFORMANCE ART. I also insult and threaten people but only to draw attention and provoke action in regard to the continued surveillance, harassment, and theft I've been subjected to over the 10-15 years and have said on several occasions not to do anything I haven't actually done."

the phrase "the mcghee factor" is simply a tall skinny guy wearing tight t-shirts who very often stays quiet during the night time just so he doesnt have to go the bar for his friends... normally the round consists of.. two bottles of miller, a pint of strongbow and carling, an amaretto an coke and a h20 for the queen... normally costing in the region of £14.70...However this seems too much for the "the mcghee factor"

Trolley Wind Chill Factor

The wind-chill factor that one calculates at night as they ride the trolley down to the BART station in San Francisco. People who usually do this are brave for enduring such temperatures and like to place their cold fingers on your neck.
(On the Trolley)
E: Hey, do you want to sit down.

R: No it's ok, I'll just stand.

E: Okay, while you're out there can you calculate the Trolley Wind Chill Factor for me??

R: (stink eye)
