Typically they will be sporting a horribly matching velour tracksuit. It they are a guy, then baseball cap is MANDATORY. This is obv a definition of a specific breed of Chav.

Get the casual chicmug. What could normally be considered fashionable clothes that do not actually fit. Usually 2-4 sizes too small. The result of deluding oneself that you can still fit into the clothes that you bought 5-10 years ago.
The intern says that her clothes don't fit because she recently gained 20 pounds. I think it's a case of sausage chic.
