A concept, idea, thought, action, process, item, etc that is not traditional. Similar to atypical but in terms of traditions of a culture, society, or group.

* Polyamory (or ethical non-monogamy) is an atradtional relationship model.
* Paganism is an atradtional religion.
* Eating a roasted pig with an apple in its mouth, on Thanksgiving, would be an atraditional meal on that day.

Atra

An arabic name for girls which is mainly used in Lebanon and Syria.

The meaning of this name is 'gift' in old arabic.

People from villages in these countries would name their baby girl 'Atra' to let people know that they have recieved a gift (or a blessing) from Allah, which is their baby.

Hey Aisha, I heard you and Atra are going to this beautiful place together, do you mind if I join you girls?
