1. Any individual who comes to kill another, for no apparent reason. However, there is an underlying reason, which the deceased's family will find out at a later date.
2. Title given to any individual who, purposely, seeks out communities with utopia-like qualities and murders the local residents.

The act of murdering a person or groups of people, with the intent of wiping out a genetic trait and committing genocide.

{A failed attempt at genocide is usually referred to as an attempt at 'hitlering'}
