To feed off pure negativity or to favor all things negative. This is when someone just oozes excessive hate for something that you are doing or saying that it becomes “niggative”. They’re ignorant and have no regard for something even inherently positive. Hence the combination of the words “nigga” and “negative”; a negative ass nigga.
