Dundee United

Nigerian slang for a fool or an idiot.

It is believed to have originated after Dundee United played several friendlies in Nigeria in 1972.

The tour was a disaster - and the term 'Dundee United' had been used ever since to describe someone of low intelligence among Lagos's Yoruba-speaking population.

Dunderbee

A dunderbee is a person who is a fascinated by travel and knows almost everything about other cultures. A true dunderbee has visited all 7 continent and has been to at least 75 countries in his/her lifetime. However, dunderbee is not someone that will rattle off information that nobody cares about just to show off; he is a true people's person and uses only the interesting details of his travels to impress people.
