Originally just the definition for getting a relaxing "high" from smoking sheesha but has been adapted to mean getting high, drunk or super ma'fuck'n done.

A clever word used in substitution for boner from the penal area. Either used to be more child friendly around people or to confuse people who do not know what it means. The amount of "shme"s added refers to the size of the boner. Therfore,a small boner is a "shme" and the particularily large one is a "shmeshmeshme"

Woman 1 "Did you see the size of that guy's shmeshme?
Woman 2 "Yes! It was huge! Almost a shmeshmeshme!"

Girl 1: "How was the shmeshme?"
Small Child: "Wait what is a shmeshme?"
Girl 2: "It was pretty good, don't worry little kid it is a fruit"
