They barely fucking exist now, you now find "fish" in those big shitty supermarkets. Their so-called "fish" has "great flavour and is mouth-watering" taste which is utter bullshit. Probably have more sawdust than actual fish in those fuckers.

Fishtanks in Singapore are family friendly places where people go to for the purpose of bonding with friends or family. Often the females of the group (such as your mother) will profit monetarily and the males will lose money when visiting fishtanks.
fishtanks are typically found in Geylang and there are a variety of activities to enjoy.
When you walk in a fishtank you will be greeted by the smell of fishiness. There are plenty of fishes in the fishtanks to choose from. (why the sea when theres a fishtank) fishes are usually non-local and the origins are usually from China, Vietnam and especially Thailand which you can find both male, female and non-binary fishes.

Son: Mom, Dad for the school holiday can we visit the geylang fishtank
Dad: Why of course son, mom will make $100 and we both will lose $200 for expenses
