You're dude to me

An adjustment to the expression "You're dead to me," which implies that the target may as well be dead in the speaker's eyes, "You're dude to me" is a statement generally made by men to platonic female friends that the speaker no longer sees as women (and therefore objects of lust). Said mostly in jest or in protest to accusations of hitting on said female friends.
Jamie, I would never grab your ass. You're dude to me.

Oh, that is just disgusting -- look at those hairy pits! You're totally dude to me now!

Girl: Do you think I'm hot?
Guy: You're attractive, but you're dude to me.

You're the shit

It is a compliment towards someone. It roughly translates to, 'You are the coolest." Other adjectives could be in place of coolest, such as, most awesome, best and any other complimentary adjectives.
Bill exclaimed to Joe, "you're the shit!" after Joe took Bill to a party and had enormous amounts of fun.

you're gonna hate me, but

Something you never want anyone to say. Whenever you hear this, you should run because, you know it's going to be something bad. When someone says this, they often did something they know will make you upset. They confess using this simple yet awful phrase.
You're gonna hate me, but I used all of the shampoo.
You're gonna hate me, but I took all of your toilet paper.
You're gonna hate me, but, I ate your leftover Subway.
You're gonna hate me, but I lost your dog.
