b.) Refers to a female with a very very yummy body but with a face that is so wrong in many ways.

Paisa

Paisa is slang for someone who is from your country. Paisa is derived from the word ‘país’ in Spanish which means country. Typically used in situations where you do not know the person you are talking to, but recognize you are from the same nationality. Mostly used in Mexico or by Hispanics.

“Oye paisa, no seas gacho, bájale el presio”

“Hey paisa, don’t be a jerk, lower the price”
