Spadoodle

A game played while driving a car. The driver and passenger compete in spotting a car with one headlight missing or broken. The objective is to be the first to spot the car, then say the word spadoodle as fast as you can, remember, its a competition. Its customary to hit the losers arm as a punishment and as marking of a score. The passenger has a distinct advantage in being able to scan left to right. DISCLAIMER: NOT WISE FOR DRIVER TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO GAME, eyes on the road :)

#2: A song by Motörhead featured on video games such as Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, Guitar Hero and The Bigs. One of the biggest kick-ass songs of all time and respect the authority of the mole or "cocoa puff" as Beavis called it.

Spade Work

Impressing a girl a few weeks prior to smashing her box. Preparatory work can include assisting her with something (i.e moving apartment), lending her books/DVD's or simply talking to her. Note: Doing the 'Spade Work' is different to 'chatting a girl up' (see: chatting up)because it is the continued premeditated effort with no return on investment expected for a number of days or possibly weeks.

Traditional Definition
Preparatory work necessary for a project or an activity.

Jonathan: "Morning Hubert, I saw you talking to Deborah earlier, it appears she is becoming increasingly comfortable around you by the day. Some mighty fine Spade Work if I do say so myself"

Hubert: "Your observations are correct Jonathan, I'm hoping Deborah lets me smash her box within the month."

An old english common name for house-sparrow or field-sparrow. Often a nickname for a petty thief.

As a term of endearment used by parents as a nickname based on physical atrributes or eating habits.

There's a right cheeky spadger that keeps peeping at me from the gutter through my bedroom window.
