Definition II: Conjunction of roflolmao (used to express extreme hilarity) and omgtfo (used to express extreme dislike or disgust with the current situation or the phrase previously written. Usually used by ignorant people who do not see an underlying insult in a phrase and realize it midway through laughter.

Guy: I'm sorry I couldn't make it to your ex-wife's birthday. Didn't think she'd want me there after what I did to her.
