Someone who gets turned on by being embarrassed in someway including publicly or on a website, may include such things as having photos of them doing embarrassing things or photos of their private parts and also involves a heavy amount of masochism. And also may involve things such as scat or diaper fetishism or situations in which they're being used by others.
