Pot Calling Kettle Black

This is an idiom with Spanish origin that states that the person you are talking to is calling you something that they themselves are equally as guilty of doing... Thus an example of psychological projection.

This comes from old times when pots and pans were generally black and kettles were generally metallic and reflective. Therefore the pot sees its black reflection in the kettle and thinks that the kettle is black.

Twelve-hour challenge

When one attempts to drink a twelve pack of beer in under twelve hours at 12,000 feet or above. Under normal conditions, this is an easy task, but at altitude because of the lack of oxygen present, it becomes an immensely difficult thing.

After Sir Edmund Hillary climbed Everest, Hillary, to Sherpa:

"Finally, I can get one-beer crizzunk, Sherpa. Let's begin that twelve-hour challenge!"

hugging and chalking

When you are dating/ in a relationship with a woman who is VERY fat and much larger than yourself. What you do is hug, chalk off the ending of your arms, and then move on to the next gap that is not hug and hug and chalk again.

This can also be used when you have a mother who is bigger than the children, and the child wants to hug her.

Red Light Challenge

A red light challenge is when you are stopped at a red light with a passenger in the front seat and you see how far you can go in hooking up before the light changes. Bonus points if you are not in a relationship with the person.

I was at a red light with Cindy and we totally went for the red light challenge. It was awesome!
