A reference to stupid and ignorant wannabe physicists who argue with people who actually know primary school science. 'atomci' is a mispelling of 'atomic' as was popularised by some idiots in science newsgroups.

They tried to say 'atomic clock god' to refer to the way some scientific theories are backed up by readings of atomic clocks.
