One of the best irc news bots in existence.

After a pre-set period of inactivity, Michaeltoe suddenly releases random news links, selecting key quotes from the text and even providing background information from the top links off google.
Michaeltoe responds to certain keywords such as anime, sailor moon or asuka langley and establishes certain patterns that can be perceived as conversation by an outside observer. He occasionally lashes out pre-set rants, most commonly about the superiority of the japanese culture.
However, he often malfunctions and instead of news articles provides various links to hentai and japanese s&m paraphernalia.
