Similiar to whoemonger, however, instead of an attraction to prostitues the word describes a person who enjoys being surrounded by power, attention and self-imposed importance. They always strive for more attention and influence.

Person A: I'm not really sure who I want to vote for. I think Hillary Clinton is qualified to be the President, but I just don't like her.

Person B: Yeah, maybe she is qualified but she's a certified power monger. Power mongers never win.

Monster Claws

Also known as "Monster Paws."

1.) A term coined by singer Lady GaGa after the release of her song, "Bad Romance," in which she demonstrates a Michael Jackson a la "Thriller" hand motion. It is formed by spacing the fingers apart and contorting them, as if mocking the claw of an animal, or - more fittingly - a monster.

2.) A hand sign often displayed at Lady GaGa concerts by fans in which they mirror the aforementioned action.

1.) GaGa flashes her Monster Claws when she hangs up on Beyonce in the music video for "Telephone."

2.) When she was live in Chicago, GaGa yelled at the crowd to "get those claws up, monsters! I wanna see your monster claws!"

Doom-monger

These people are possibly the most annoying kinds of people that one can think of. Doom-mongers are people who go around ANYWHERE, in public, or on the internet, and make predictions of upcoming apocalyptic events, or try to prove a prediction as true for an upcoming disastrous event. This results in mass hysteria and makes many others mental or terrified of what may happen to the world. Some people may not believe in the words of what these clowns say, while others may due to the strong language the use to shock people into believing it.

Doom-monger- *arrives in a public area and starts talking*-
"The time is now.... The time is here.... the world will end as we know it and I will tell you how and why." "Experts say *blah blah blah...*"

Everyone else- *terrified* *start telling everyone else*

When you are on the phone and can't find your prized pen because the pen monster has eaten it.
