Upon seeing a chick so hot, you instantaneously cream your pants. It's like a super-fast wet dream, but awake and in public. Often used in hyperbole since guys don't actually do this, except lame-ass premies.

instant expert

Someone who looks up a word or a fact on a search engine, such as {Google}, looks at a few articles or definitions, mostly on {Wikipedia}, and decides they now know everything about it.
Person one: "Whoa. So now Jason started an argument with me about which of the American Presidents are the best and worst. Yesterday, he didn't know anything about them."

Person two: "He {Googled} them, obviously."

a) someone who institutionalizes (i.e defines in a scholarly, convoluted terms a non-scholarly, common, ubiquitous concept

b) an offensive term for an academic scholar

boy b) yes. he was an institutionalist in the fields of, if I am not mistaken, moral politics and political morality. And mind you, he was an academic scholar at a German university.
