Leah is an amazing all around person. If you have a Leah in your life don’t give her up. Leah is a best friend type and will take nothing less and man does she deserve it. She loves sports. This girl is also very smart. She usually is very modest and doesn’t think she’s that smart. But she may have a temper. She doesn’t like it when people egnore her. Don’t get on her bad side and if you have a Leah in your life don’t give her up, she’ll always be there.

1. "Dropped like a lead balloon" is a phrase, not a word, but it is none the less an old expression that means literally and/or figuratively that something will not fly. That it will drop like a rock, etc...

He told the boss his new idea for the ad campaign and it dropped like a lead balloon. There was no way that the boss would approve such a risky & shoddy scheme.

When someone is first learning how to snowboard and they are scared shittless to attempt carving, so they go all the way down the slope on their heal side by first heading downhill with their dominant foot, and then their other foot, immitating the motion of a falling leaf.

Sarah was tired of falling on her ass every time she tried to carve, so she just did the falling leaf all the way down the slope.
