1. Anyone who is not a hobo, particularly someone who hangs around hobos but has sedentary priorities.
2. A designation prescribed by a hobo to a non-hobo. Signifies the non-hobo's lower standing in the hobo's social structure.
3. An individual with a weak constitution.

Rat may like the traveling life, but he is a nobo because he has a job, a wife, a house, and a kid.
