Health Points, a elongated version of the well known "HP" term in some well know video games.
Defining how much supposed "health" a character has in some sort of game.
Usually, Health Points(HP) is usually a bar that decreases every time you get damaged.
Or do something you are not supposed to to, not wanting the Health Points draining to zero.
When you "Run out of HP(Health Points)" you die in the game, never in real life.
Slang Terms:
When someone says they are "Running low on HP" or "Loosing HP" it means that they do not have many Health Points left, and or actively loosing them as they need assistance quickly because are more vulnerable to die in the game.
When Someone says they "Need HP" or say "I need a Medic/Healer" it is the same as the last one, usually in a game where there is healing involved a player will say this phrase to tell other teammates that they need Health Points fast because they are vulnerable. Hey usually say this because if they don't they'll die in game.

A Random Player: I died!
Another Random Player: Your HP went down that quick? You have to get better at this game.
A Random Player: You're right, I need to stop loosing so many Health Points at once! Maybe I should go this way instead...

Refers to the phenomenon whereby if you live in one postcode in the UK, the National Health Service will pay for some things, but if you live in a different postcode (sometimes even the next postcode over), the NHS will not pay for those same things.
A: Are you going to get your injury looked at by a doctor?
B: No, due to the Health Lottery that counts as cosmetic treatment for me and thus the NHS will not pay

Army/Military term: In BCT or AIT when there’s a (typically) an unannounced check on peoples room/lockers. The drill sergeants are suppose to be looking for mold, etc but they actually just throw everything around in your room in hopes they find food, vapes, etc.
Hey bro get rid of that vape by next week we overheard some drill sergeants talk about a health and wellness sometime next week
