From "borborygmus": a rumbling or gurgling noise made by the movement of fluid and gas in the intestines. A form of government, the policies of which are derived from the interpretation of borborygmus.

The Current White House Occupant says: "“I have a gut, and my gut tells me more sometimes than anybody else’s brain can ever tell me.” That's why we're now living in a borborygmucracy.
