The 2008 United States failing economy caused by a poorly handled housing market rise and fall (Highest foreclosure rates since The Great Depression) coupled with a time of war overseen by President Bush and his administration.

We bought that home out of the homegression era. Boy was it a deal!

Homewrecker

A person who deliberately seduces a married person to come between the spouses and destroy a marriage. They enjoy breaking up families and are highly narcissistic, toxic people. They came from dysfunctional, unhappy families themselves and replay that script their whole lives hoping it will make them feel better if they somehow "win". It never cures their misery so they just move on to the next one, as they are too clueless and self-entitled to change their ways. Sometimes they are married themselves and have children. In such a situation, it would be typical to covertly involve their children in some way, perhaps by bringing their lover to the house and claiming he/she is a "friend from work". A single homewrecker will tend to be more jealous of the spouse and may expose the cheater out of spite or stalk the spouse, whereas a married one will tend to play games, breaking boundaries by such things as covertly observing the spouse and texting the cheater little love notes when he or she is at home with the family.

That evil homewrecker gave my husband HPV and now I might have cancer from it. I'm leaving his worthless ass.
