knotty branch

A turd that doesn't compel you to go, but is just too uncomfortable to hold. It requires an ample amount of push, and is formed with enough protuberances to appear, and feel, like you just shat out a tree branch with several knots in it.

I was in a lousy mood until I got rid of that knotty branch. I feel like a new man now...

Branch Floridians

An intellectual collective founded in 1997 that is dedicated to lateral thinking and bad taste. It is often unclear if it is a religion disguised as a joke, or a joke disguised as a religion -- much in the same vein as The Church of the Subgenius or Discordianism. They maintain an expansive website at www.branchfloridians.org and regularly put out e-zines called "The World Domination Update." The group's self-professed objective is "think for yourself!"

At first glance, the Branch Floridians appear to be an ultra-fundamentalist cult, but anyone paying attention should quickly realize this is a sarcastic fascade. Admittedly, though, it is often difficult to tell when they are being serious, and when they are joking. Such pranksterism is deliberately designed to provoke people into *thinking*.

The group has no relation to MSN troll Michelson-Morley or any of his alter-ego/pseudonics. There is a member of the Branch Floridians named Reverend FairInHeight 451, and Fairinheight451 is also a name used by Michelson-Morley. This is a coincidence, though it understandably has caused some confusion among people who dislike him for his trolling activities. Michelson-Morley is *not* a member of the Branch Floridians.

where the jews kome ta chill for the summer. & if you been to lb before you know that any street between joline ave & broadway is the hood. (2nd ave,3rd ave,4th ave,rockwell ave,liberty ave,5th ave North and South,6th ave North and South,7th ave South,Morris Ave & the projekts of woodrow wilson. Lokated on high street & west end ave. It turned into a riot,gang,drugs and gun violent type a plase but I love violense so its sweet to live there. Lb has the rich hood,pier village & elberon. But people trashed pier already.its the 2nd baddest plase on the jersey shore after asbury park.
