Rule 69 

Rule 69 is a term coined by the Floptok and Stan Twitter internet subcultures. It reads "If it exists, there is a CupcakKe remix of it." The maxim is inspired by Rule 34, a rule that states "If it exists, there is porn of it," and is based off of the abundance and occasional absurdity of CupcakKe remixes. Although the term is mainly used for remixes of music, it is not limited to the musical realm.

A place in the game GTA San Andreas, it is heavily guarded just like Area 51. They used the words 69 instead of 51, referring to the sex position.

I managed to get into Area 69 when playing GTA yesterday, but I got killed by a cop almost instantly.

Eiffel 69 

A position similar to the Eiffel Tower position. However, in this version, two guys are fucking two girls who are eating each other out (which is a position known as 69). The two guys then high-five, forming a shape resembling the Eiffel Tower.
