Hobbit Ville

A small neighborhood somewhere in the Salt Lake Vally, UT in which "little" people have lived for a number of years. It is said to be an urban legend, but countless people have visited and seen it with their own eyes. The residents of the neighborhood seem to get quite angry when non-little people stroll through the neighborhood for entertainment.
"Hey, Victoria, let's say we go to a movie."

"Nah. I'd much rather go visit Hobbit Ville."

hobbit pants 

n. Derisive name given to short khakis, capris or bermudas whose hemline falls anywhere between the knees and the ankles, worn by short, obese, white, bearded would-be hipsters from New Zealand to New Jersey, in order to hide the fat. Generally worn with a big shirt, most often Hawaiian.
Kevin Smith likes to wear his hobbit pants with a bowling team shirt.

Peter Jackson wore hobbit pants barefoot all through the shooting of "Lord of the Rings".

In the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, as well as "The Hobbit," Hobbit Holes were the residences of Hobbits, usually built into a hillside.
Frodo retired to his hobbit hole to write "There and Back Again."
