Magtrometer

First coined by Sarah Faye Pierce (from Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers) in her book 'My Lobbyist Agenda', magtrometer is a component used in futuristic microwaves to produce OEM microwaves. Since it is hazardous, trying to replace a magtrometer component may cause it to explode. The explosion may lead to fatal injuries to independent repair technicians.
Sarah: No, don't try to fix the magtrometer! It can explode.
Louis: Imma focken do it.

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
