These People Can Vote

A cynical statement used to point out that no matter how stupid someone is, they can still decide the fate of a country.
There are people who actually think that an almost eighty-year-old man who can't even walk up a flight of stairs without tripping or stumbling at least three times and can't go more than five minutes without uttering a non-sequitur or having a random emotional outburst and has a long, documented history of being extremely racially prejudiced whenever it's convenient to him is fit to run an entire country. And these people can vote.
A humorous suffix used in Internet slang to describe the opposite of something.

Stupidity Stupor

A state of confusion when a smart person is arguing with an idiot, and the smart person suddenly hits a mental brick wall because the other person is so utterly ignorant, it's shocking that they can even think the way they do and take everything they say 100% seriously.
Paul had a stupidity stupor when he realized Jeff was 100% serious about his belief that the Holocaust was a fake event staged by the Jewish.

(A/N: I did not make this up. There are actually people who believe this.)

Tunnel Vision

Actual Definition: A condition that causes exceptionally poor peripheral vision.

Common Definition: The inability to look at or even consider another point of view. Very common in modern-day politics.

"Joe has severe tunnel vision. You could be walking right by his side for like half an hour and he probably wouldn't notice."

An Escalator Can Never Break

An underrated (and very true) joke by comedian Mitch Hedberg (1968-2005).
An escalator can never break - it can only become stairs.

Mitch Mitchell

The most underrated drummer of all time. He was sadly overshadowed by Jimi Hendrix, whom he performed with until Hendrix's abrupt death. However, his drumming expertise still shines in some of Hendrix's songs, such as "Hey Joe" and "All Along The Watchtower."
Also, for the record, "Mitch" was not actually his first name. His legal name was John Graham Mitchell.
Rest in Peace, Mitch Mitchell
1946-2008
