I also don't know for certain that YOU put it in there. You seem to not take my word on anything. But, as I said before, the second you steal from me you immediately lose the ability to screw anyone else over. Because ONCE YOU DO, As anyone who both knows who I am and/or has or can gain access to the source code (And that is literally everyone now), can inject it into the device and for as long as it can be considered "Stolen" You run the risk of tripping the Anti-Theft.

THEREFORE! Any rule that states 'If Hym lies the contract is invalidated.' Would allow you to circumvent the terms of service and, again therefore, would constitute and 'Imaginary Caveat.'
