Means the same thing as:
Whats up? Whats going down? Whats happening?, Whats doing?, Whats the go? or Whats the deal?
Answer is 'not much' or 'im just doing...' NOT 'good', 'pretty bad' etc.
Variation of 'whats cracking?'.

"Yo' whatz crackulatin', nigga?"
"Nothin', jus' chillin'."

Speed

Common name for Amphetamine.
Made with pseudoephedrine and many household items such as draincleaner, lots of manufacturer's have been killed when their 'speed lab' blows up.

hydro

Hydroponically grown marijuana of good quality. Often called "hyge" for short.
Also used to describe the hydroponic setup used to grow the weed.

"I had a few cones of hydro after smoking bush for a week, it put me on my ass!"
"I'm going to get a new hydro setup tommorow."
