While fancier sounding, "Zabbaleen" is an expression of complete disgust toward another person. From the Egyptian Arabic word Zabbaleen (Egyptian Arabic: زبالين Zabbalīn, IPA: zæbbæˈli n) which literally translates to "garbage people".
