Wubbly 

Something very fluffy and soft, but perhaps also a bit chubby. This definition is not perfect; wubbliness is more of a feeling. When you see something that is wubbly, you'll just know it.

"That baby polar bear is so wubbly! I'd love to cuddle it while it's not a brutal killing machine yet!"

Determined a scrub when being found guilty of being a complete idiot/failure at life.

Person A : Wow you're such a retard.

Person A : Yeah you are. Anyone can do that.
Person B : Then you are Scrubbly Wubbly because I can do it better.
