The process in which the brain enters a questioning pause where the person becomes oblivious to his/her surroundings when confronted with something totally new, ridiculous, or awesome.

Highly related to the words what (not the country), wut, and wtf.
The word simply refers to an Explosion of Wut.

1)The action whereby the breasts of a well-endowed person, usually a woman in skimpy attire, finally exceeds her clothes, often in public.
2)When boobs explode out of an item of clothing.
