Window controls

A control is a child window that an application uses in conjunction with another window to enable user interaction;
window controls in VB .NET is an object that can be drawn on to form to enable or enhance user interaction with application;
controls can be added to the main Window or to any dialog box in program; controls are best picked and positioned using a graphical resource editor
