V. 1) To surprise without dramatization or lack of enthusiasm due to the fact that the beholder had prior knowlegde of said surprise. 2) said at the end of a puzzleing or comical sentence containing startling information. Usually stated with enthusiasm.

1) we were walking down the path and tony jumped out from behind a tree and calmly said "Wichaa".
2) Jerry said "I put syrup in your coke,(pause)wichaa!"
