adj: Describes something that is extremely out-of-sorts or generally messed up, but not completely fubar. Especially appropriate when describing a messed up or confusing situation. Considered a Mid-Western American variation of whomperjawed or Whomper Jaded.

Wow, what happened to your car? It's completely whomperjanked.

Southern term referring to an object or person that is out of sorts.

I got out of the car and the wind was blowing so excessively that my hair got all whomperjawed.
