A pack of organized criminals on the West Coast.

A San Francisco Pachuco gang devoted to hanging out on street corners, picking teeth with shivs, rolling bums, mugging decent people, and fighting. They rob, steal, and kill.
There were a couple of White Shoes on the corner, and William shot them both as we drove by.
